His write up sentences at times does not flow well. When you read it, it seems weird and you need to edit quite some yourself

Well, thank you for your review, I’ll make sure to edit it up, but you must know that at a level like level 3 English grammar errors are to be normal, if you however are at a university level that’s is a different case my friend. therefore this document helped me to achieve the pass 1 for this unit and thus I cannot see a problem with it.
