Especially in terms of layout, a sloppy document. Full paragraphs are repeated and sometimes exceptionally large font so that it is extremely poorly readable. In addition, the sales (author) do not respond to complaint messages. And Stuvia apparently cannot mediate and there the document already downloaded, the purchase price has not been returned.
