MGMT3041: OB case study analysis of EZ-ABC ESL School in Seoul
EZ-ABC is a South Korean ESL school based in Seoul. It is a franchise of the larger EZ-ABC ESL schools in South Korean that was started by Mr. Lee, an elder military man. It is run by a Sandy – an Australian woman with a doctorate in Education. The school has 21 employees, i.e. twenty teachers and one school head who is in charge of operations. Accordingly, the main characters are;
-	Mr. Lee – The founder
-	Sandy – The school director (head of operations)
The South Korean English as Second Language schools market is vast, almost saturated with a variety of institutions offering the same program. To cut a niche in the market schools have to come up with different programs that are attractive to students who want to learn English.
