Wat is het verschil tussen local stabilizers en Global movers?
Answer: Local stabilizers liggen dichterbij de wervelkolom en zorgen voor stabiliteit van de wervelkolom. Answer: Een SNAG doe je wanneer de patiënt pijn ervaart tijdens een specifieke beweging. Een NAG pas je toe als de patiënt pijn ervaart bij statische houdingen, in rust dus, maar ook tijdens beweging. Een NAG pas je ook alleen maar toe bij cervicaal en hoog thoracaal.
