Unit 5 - Perceptions of Science assignment 1
This includes: P1,M1, D1
- Research a well-known theory e.g. Evolution and present a case study outline how it developed. Include all the steps involved from observations through to accepted theory.
- Produce a quiz for the readers to see if they can differentiate between questions that science is addressing, questions that science cannot answer yet, and questions that science may never answer.
You could produce a paper quiz, quiz cards, or online quiz (e.g. using societive or quizlet)
You should also write a graph for magazine to explain why there are some questions that science cannot address.
- Produce an infographic and mini article for the magazine which outlines the peer review process for scientific journals.
- Chose one scientific theory and present the arguments for and against it. They should be detailed enough to show clearly the problems which makes the theory difficult to accept.
