Summary of the lectures of Customer Analytics by Dr. George Knox.

Hereby my summery of Customer Analytics in semester 4 of the schoolyear 2016-2017. The seven lectures and weblectures are discussed in this summary in English.

This summary comprises the content of the lecture slides explanations given by the lecturer (Customer Analytics, George Knox, 2016-17). Lectures have been recorded, so the explanations on the concepts and techniques in the summary are described extensively. This document also includes summaries of the web lectures and step-by-step guides for the different analyses in SPSS/Excel.

A detailed summary of 8 compulsory papers for the course Customer Analytics. The summary includes printscreens of some examples from the papers.

Summary of the obligatory papers (1-8, last one misses) from the course Customer Analytics. This document contains rather compact summaries of papers 1-8. Please note that the last paper is not included since I was not able to find the correct version of the paper (only one with 64 pages...). However, luckily this paper was discussed in the lectures rather detailed.
